The Peloton Tri Flash Challenge

New Flash Challenge & Badge for the Peloton Tri Classes & Dry Triathlon

Peloton members will have the opportunity to earn a special flash challenge badge by participating in this weekend’s Peloton Tri event.

In case you missed it, last month Peloton announced their first-ever triathlon themed event, featuring rowing, running, and cycling. The event will take place on Saturday, September 13, with members participating live in-studio and from home.

In preparation for the event, Peloton has launched a special flash challenge called “The Peloton Tri.” The challenge runs from September 13-15, and the official description reads:

Take all 3 Peloton Tri classes from Sept 13 through Sept 15 and receive a special badge.

There is only one tier available – gold, which will only be awarded to members who complete all three classes: one on the Bike, one on the Tread, and one on the Row.

Peloton also shared a new social media post regarding the new challenge, with a video featuring instructor Matt Wilpers. In the video Matt confirmed that a special badge will be awarded to those who conquer all three classes.

The Peloton Tri will feature three consecutive classes with Matt Wilpers – the only Peloton instructor to teach on all three of Peloton’s hardware devices – all 30 minutes in length.

The complete schedule is below:

  • 30 min. Peloton Tri: Row – Matt Wilpers – 9/13/25 @ 9:00am ET
  • 30 min. Peloton Tri: Run – Matt Wilpers – 9/13/25 @ 9:35am ET
  • 30 min. Peloton Tri: Ride – Matt Wilpers – 9/13/25 @ 10:10am ET

Those who take the three classes – whether live on September 13 or on-demand by September 15 – will earn the badge. Members can now opt in to the flash challenge via their hardware device, app, or web browser.
