Update – You can find details and class lists about the Boost Your Base Power Zones training program on Peloton here.

Members can now opt into the Boost Your Base: Power Zone Challenge via the website, through a Peloton Bike touchscreen, or from the digital App. The official challenge description reads:

There is only one badge tier available: members will receive gold for completing all 24 classes released as part of the program. Classes must be completed between the dates of April 21 and June 22.

This new flash challenge aligns with the launch of Peloton’s latest Power Zone program – Boost Your Base: Power Zones – which was announced in the “April Workouts to Watch” email after being teased the week prior.

The program will launch on April 21, and will even include live content. Classes within the program will be released to the on-demand library on Mondays and Wednesdays over the course of eight weeks, with live classes taking place on Saturdays. This 8 week program will have 3 classes as week. It is still unclear which members of the Power Zone coaching team will be teaching the classes – however, Matt Wilpers recently teased that many of the coaches are involved. He also shared to expect that every class in this program would be a Power Zone Endurance class.

We will share updates as they become available; in the meantime, members can opt into the Boost Your Base: Power Zones challenge to prepare for the upcoming program.

Peloton has held many flash challenges over the years. Previous Peloton challenges have included:
