Peloton 100 Day Challenge 2026

Peloton “100 Day Challenge” to Start 2026

Peloton has announced another 100 Day Challenge to kick off 2026, pushing members to start the new year with 100 days of movement or mindfulness on the Peloton platform.

In a post announcing the challenge, Peloton said:

The 100-Day Streak Challenge kicks off Jan 1! Count yourself in and show up every day, whether you’re moving, stretching, meditating, or anything in between.

The post includes a playful video featuring instructors Cody Rigsby and Adrian Williams, clearing up some confusion about what kind of “streaks” Peloton is referring to.

Peloton’s next 100 Day Challenge encourages members to start the year strong with 100 consecutive days of movement between January 1 and April 10, 2026. Members can now opt into the challenge via their hardware device, app, or web browser.

The official challenge description reads:

Start the year strong with 100 straight days of classes and earn a badge to be proud of.

There is only one badge available: members will earn a gold badge for staying active with Peloton for the full 100 days of a challenge. As always, we have a complete list of Peloton badges on our site.

Note that any Peloton class – in any modality – counts toward the streak. Peloton also posted some member statistics to social media highlighting the challenge’s positive impact from previous iterations. According to Peloton:

  • 89% of participants agree that the 100 Day Challenge helped hold them accountable to exercising regularly
  • 88% of participants agree that the 100 Day Challenge helped them make progress toward their goals
  • 87% of participants agree that participating in the 100 Day Challenge had a positive impact on their mental health

Peloton also held a 100 Day Challenge at the beginning of 2025; and then another 100 Day Challenge over the summer as well.

I missed January 2nd, but have been consistent every day since then, will I still be able to get the 100 day challenge if I end up taking 1 extra day to get the 100 days in a row? I’m feeling like I should earn it, but worried I won’t!
