Weekly Class Purge: Peloton Classes From July 11 – July 27, 2020 Removed from the On-Demand Library on September 29, 2023

This week, as part of class library maintenance (i.e. purges), most Peloton classes that were filmed from July 11 – July 27, 2020, were removed from the on-demand library late in the day yesterday, on September 29th, 2023.

This removal was just over two week’s worth of classes – which is a continued slowing pace from the previous three weeks. In the past 3 purges, we had 3 weeks removed on 9/22, 2 months pulled on 9/15, and 6 weeks removed on 9/8. However, most of the previous purges before that have been around 2 weeks worth of classes.

The classes that were saved in this round follow the pattern of previous weeks – power zone, artist series, and a handful of other special one-off classes were saved, with the rest of the classes being purged.

Class library maintenance is Peloton’s removal of older classes from the on demand library, which has been taking place nearly weekly on Fridays since April of 2023.
