Weekly Peloton Class Purge: Peloton Removes Classes Filmed Between November 14-30, 2019 on July 21, 2023

Peloton carried out another round of class library maintenance on July 21, resulting in the removal of classes filmed between November 14-30, 2019. This amounts to just over two weeks’ worth of content.

A total of 22 classes were spared. There were some usual suspects – such as artist series and Jess King Experience rides, and Sundays with Love rides – but there were also some surprising preservations.

Peloton continued to save certain Power Zone classes, as well as long-form 30 minute sleep meditations. In addition, they also saved the 2019 Thanksgiving Turkey Burn content, and the premiere ride of an instructor who is no longer with Peloton – Irene Scholz.

Class library maintenance is Peloton’s removal of older classes from the on demand library that are now taking place regularly on Fridays, as announced in April of 2023. Purges have occurred every week since: April 28, May 5, May 12, May 19, May 26, June 2, June 9, June 16, June 23, June 30, July 7, and most recently on July 14.
