New Peloton “Your Monthly Strength Stack” Collection for March with Callie Gullickson

Peloton is out with another new monthly strength stack, and March features Callie Gullickson.

This month’s strength stack contains a total of ten classes and requires four active days per week with two days of rest/active recovery. Callie shared an overview of this month’s stack via Instagram.

Callie has designed the stack to start with two days of work, followed by one day of rest before closing out the week with two final active days. The stack includes chest & back, arms & shoulders, core, glutes & legs, and full body. Callie also includes one day of HIIT Cardio to “mix things up.”

This newest collection has also brought us Callie’s first-ever strength-specific warm-up, as well as full body and lower body stretches.

Below is the complete list of curated workouts, which you can also find in the “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection on the Bike, Tread, or App:

Strength Stack Day 1 with Callie Gullickson – March

Strength Stack Day 2 with Callie Gullickson – March

Strength Stack Day 3 with Callie Gullickson – March

Strength Stack Day 4 with Callie Gullickson – March

This is the second time Callie has been the featured instructor for the monthly strength stack. In addition to strength she also teaches HIIT Cardio and Bike Bootcamp.

Though you can’t view old collections directly via the Peloton platform, you can find the complete list of classes included in previous monthly strength stacks below.
