Peloton’s monthly strength stacks continue into August. Matty has wrapped up his July collection – and now Ben Alldis is taking over with a new strength stack collection for August. You can see a video off them talking about the collections here.
Ben Alldis will also be teaching 6 special Ministry of Sound strength classes this month, as announced on social media. These aren’t part of the August stack, but could be just some extra classes if you like the Ministry of Sound music.
