New Peloton “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection for June with Adrian Williams

Every month in 2021, Peloton has been creating new strength stack for members. June is featuring Adrian Williams, and you can find the collection here.

Here is the official description for June’s Strength Stack with Adrian Williams:

Adrian’s Strength Stack is here with four days of Full Body and HIIT Cardio work that will keep your body primed and ready to push to the next level. Add one rest day after day two, and two rest days after day four. Ready to get started? Let’s go!

Below is a list of the four days of work Adrian has curated. Be sure to add rest days, warmups, and stretches as needed.
