New Peloton “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection for May with Jess Sims

Every month, Peloton has been featuring a new stack of strength workouts for members to take. It’s called the “Your Monthly Strength Stack”, and May will feature a series curated by Jess Sims. These have normally been launching on the first of the month, however, Peloton Homecoming delayed this one slightly.

Here is the official description for May’s Strength Stack with Jess Sims:

Welcome to Jess’ strength stack! For May, Jess recommends four days of high-intensity exercise. Get started with two days of back-to-back work, followed by a mix of on and off days that will leave you feeling strong and inspired like never before!

Below is a list of the four days of work Jess has curated. Be sure to add rest days, warmups, and stretches as needed.
