Ally Love has a new (Re)Build Series, with one new 20-minute full-body strength class each month as an extension of her (Re)Build program.
In the announcement video on Instagram, Ally explains that the monthly classes are a way to continue after finishing the original program.
Ally says the series is for members who want to return to foundational movement patterns and build strength through repetition.
The first class is now available on demand: 20 min (Re)Build Full Body Strength – Ally Love – 10/19/26 @ 10:00am ET.
Two more 20-minute classes are scheduled to drop on demand November 16 and December 14, both at 10:00am ET.
The class description for the first class reads:
“Join Ally in this extension of her (Re)Build Program. This class is meant to be a monthly check-in, focused on functional movement patterns and load progression to help you rebuild your base, restore your power, and reignite your energy.”

In the first class, Ally explains that the (Re)Build workouts will follow a consistent format:
- A two-minute activation warm-up.
- Three blocks of work, focusing on lower body, upper body, and core in the first class.
- 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of recovery during those blocks.
- A 90-second finisher.
For the first workout, Ally recommends an open space and two pairs of dumbbells: medium (10-20 pounds) and heavy (20 pounds or heavier). She also offers options to use lighter weights or perform movements without weights.
The class includes squats with heel lifts, sumo squats, frog bridges, chest presses, bent-over rows, hammer curls, and dead bug variations. The 90-second finisher returns to squats with calf raises, alternating 20 seconds of work with 10-second squat holds or pulses.
Ally’s original (Re)Build program launched February 13. It is a repeatable one-week program with nine classes across strength, cycling, Pilates, and stretching.
We first shared that these new standalone (Re)Build classes were on the way in our coverage of Peloton’s October Workouts to Watch email.
