December Strength Stack.

New Peloton “Your Monthly Strength Stack” Collection for December with Rebecca Kennedy

It’s time for the final Peloton monthly strength stack of the year, and December features instructor Rebecca Kennedy!

This month’s stack features 10 classes, and – for the first time since the Peloton monthly strength stacks launched earlier this year – includes primarily bodyweight strength and HIIT cardio content, with one core strength (includes dumbbells). This to accommodate the busy holiday season during which many members are traveling and may not have access to their regular equipment. Each day of the stack is 40 minutes total of work – either two 20 minute classes, or a 30 minute class followed by a 10 minute class. The classes are curated by Rebecca Kennedy, who teaches on both the tread and the mat.

Rebecca recommends “kicking off the holiday season” with five consecutive days of bodyweight strength and HIIT cardio work, followed by two days of rest. In her Instagram Live earlier this week she explained that any dumbbells are completely optional and she designed the stack this way because a lot of people travel during December. She also designates Monday through Friday as the workout days so that people have their weekends for holiday festivities, getaways, etc.

Below is the complete list of curated workouts, which you can also find in the “Your Monthly Strength Stack” collection on the Bike, Tread, or App:

Strength Stack Day 1 with Rebecca Kennedy – December

Strength Stack Day 2 with Rebecca Kennedy – December

Strength Stack Day 3 with Rebecca Kennedy – December

Strength Stack Day 4 with Rebecca Kennedy – December

Strength Stack Day 5 with Rebecca Kennedy – December

This is the second time Rebecca has been the featured instructor for the monthly strength stack. Peloton has released a new monthly strength stack every month since February 2021. Though you can’t view old collections directly via the Peloton platform, you can find the complete list of classes included in previous monthly strength stacks below.
