Matty Maggiacomo recently had two stars from the Broadway musical “Titanique” as guests in his “30 min Walk & Talk” class on Friday, May 8, 2026: Constantine Rousouli and Frankie Grande.
Matty kicked off the class with his usual “Hot Takes” pop culture segment for the week, followed by a segment about the Met Gala, before moving into discussions with the two Titanique stars.
The first guest segment came around 13 minutes into the class, with “Southampton” from Titanique playing in the background. This segment featured Constantine Rousouli, who is both the show’s co-creator and plays the character Jack Dawson. Constantine earned also earned a Tony nomination this year for Best Book of a Musical, and Best Musical (the show was nominated for 4 Tony awards in all this year).
Constantine described the show as a parody of the Titanic film told through the eyes and songs of Celine Dion, as if Celine herself was on the ship alongside Jack and Rose. On playing Jack himself, Constantine joked, “I’m not going to write a musical and not put myself as the lead – call me Lin-Manuel Rousouli.” He also noted that Frankie pulls double duty in the show, playing Luigi (Jack’s sidekick) and Victor Garber.

The origin story, per Constantine, dates back about 10 years to a bar conversation with co-writer and co-star Marla Mindelle. The two were doing movie-to-musical parodies in LA at the time – shows like “Troop Beverly Hills,” “The Devil Wears Prada,” and “Scream”, when Marla suggested they do a parody of Titanic set to the music of Celine Dion. Along they way they’ve held out hope that Celine didn’t sue them (with a plan to apologize later if it came to that). Celine still hasn’t seen the show, but her full team has, including her manager and her sister. Constantine told Matty the show is meant as “a love letter” to Celine: “We love her so much.”
The second guest segment kicked off with about 9 minutes 30 seconds left in the class, played in over the instrumental of “Love Me Harder” by Ariana Grande: a fitting choice, since Matty’s guest was Frankie Grande, Ariana’s older brother. Frankie shared that his mom Joan Grande is one of the show’s producers; she saw an early version of Titanique 8 years ago and immediately decided it needed to go to Broadway and that she had to be the one to help get it there.
Frankie is also a longtime Peloton member – he has been on the platform since the early days and said he doubled down during COVID, with his bike and strength classes being the things he gravitates toward most. This is not Frankie’s first Peloton appearance either: during Pride Month 2025, Peloton hosted an exclusive listening party and fireside chat with Frankie. On the experience of doing the show itself, he described backstage at Titanique as “insane,” with him and Deborah Cox having way too much fun and laughing together. He compared the show’s overall vibe to SNL in how it actively encourages the audience to play along, adding that when the cast breaks character, “it’s even more fun.”
To close out Frankie’s segment, Matty queued up Frankie’s own cover of “I Drove All Night” by Celine Dion – a song Frankie said has been his favorite his entire life. As Matty noted in class, playing it during the workout was effectively a world premiere, since the official release wasn’t dropping until May 15, a week later. The class then closed out with “A New Day Has Come” by Celine Dion.
The class is available on-demand on Peloton here, from 5/8/26 @ 9:30am ET.
Matty has previously built classes around featured guests, such as his recent Real House Wives of Rhode Island Walk & Talk class.
