Peloton shared some of its featured classes for the week of May 18 through May 24, 2026.
First, Jess Sims is teaching a live 60 minute Walk + Run featuring pace targets on Monday, May 18 at 5:30 PM ET (8:30 AM AEST + 1).

Jess shared on Instagram that it’s been two years since her last 60 minute Walk + Run and that she only has three such classes in the on-demand library. She also included the class structures for the previous classes.

On Wednesday, May 20, a new 45 minute Low Impact & Arms Ride with Sam Yo will be available on demand at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

Peloton launched this new cycling class type last month. You’re likely familiar with Peloton’s Intervals & Arms cycling classes. Low Impact & Arms offers a new type of ride featuring upper body strength breaks throughout class but without the high intensity intervals during the cycling portion.
On Thursday, May 21 at 1:30 PM ET (6:30 PM BST), Rebecca Kennedy has a live 60 minute Full Body Strength class.

Friday, May 22, join Anna Greenberg on the leaderboard for a live 30 minute Yoga + Pilates class at 2:30 PM ET (7:30 PM BST).

Peloton’s “Yoga + Pilates” classes are housed within the Yoga class category and have their own class type filter.
Lastly, the “All In: Robin’s Yellow Challenge” flash challenge begins on May 18. This challenge focuses on taking classes where Robin Arzón is wearing her signature yellow, indicating high intensity/difficulty classes. This is a four-week challenge.
