Peloton has added five new workouts to Peloton Gym – the first additions to the program since it was released last month on May 23rd. As a reminder, Peloton Gym is currently only available via the App – you won’t see it on your hardware device or the web browser.
Five new workouts have been added, three of which are from instructors who did not previously have a Peloton Gym workout available: Cliff Dwenger, Rebecca Kennedy, and Selena Samuela. Additional gym workouts with Jermaine Johnson and Matty Maggiacomo were also added.
You can find the complete list of new Peloton Gym additions below:
- 30 min. Upper Body Strength – Matty Maggiacomo (Intermediate)
- 30 min. Full Body Strength – Rebecca Kennedy (Beginner)
- 20 min. Upper Body Strength – Jermaine Johnson (Intermediate)
- 30 min. Glutes & Legs Strength – Selena Samuela (Beginner)
- 20 min. Core Strength – Cliff Dwenger (Intermediate)
Note that Peloton Gym is a self-guided workout – meaning that you won’t actually see, or hear from, the instructor. However, these workouts are programmed by the instructor, and each one contains a text introduction to prepare you for the work ahead.
Peloton Gym initially launched in May of 2023, alongside Peloton’s brand relaunch and new App tiers. If you want to learn more about what Peloton Gym is and how it works, be sure to check out our complete overview and guide about Peloton Gym.
