New “Seasonal Recovery” Series on Peloton with Sam Yo: Spring Recovery first

Peloton instructor Sam Yo has launched a new series dedicated to recovery, centered around the seasons.

The series is called “Seasonal Recovery,” and Sam shared the news via Instagram:

“Spring Recovery”
The first of my new Seasonal Recovery series is on demand now. A 2 year journey to create an experience on the bike to bring you inward ✨
Grateful to bring you Movement and Meditation in your personal sanctuary
Something perhaps to help you realign, reset and recover this weekend 🤗

The post includes a video in which Sam provides more context about the new initiative. The classes will take place on the bike and will incorporate “movement, mindfulness, and embracing the present moment together.” Each ride presents an opportunity to turn inwards and will be focused on the specific season of that time period, whether spring, summer, winter, or fall.

The first class is now available for all members to take: a 20 minute Spring Recovery Ride, which dropped straight to the on-demand library on April 21 at 5:00am ET.

The post suggests that there will be one recovery ride per season – meaning that members can likely expect three additional rides to become available throughout the remainder of the year, observing summer, fall and winter.

Will you be adding Sam’s new Spring Recovery ride to your stack throughout the next few weeks?
