Peloton Instructor Jess Sims Partnering with Dunkin’ (and was giving away free iced coffee)

Jess Sims recently announced a new partnership with Dunkin’ (also known as Dunkin Donuts), and was providing a code for a free iced coffee as part of the new promotion. Jess shared the news via Instagram:

Y’ALL!!! I’m so freakin excited to be partnering with Dunkin’ 🥰🧡🍩 & to kick things off, they gave me a promo code to share with all of YOU for a Free Iced Coffee TODAY 8/30!!!! Use promo code JESS in your Dunkin’ Rewards App to redeem – while supplies last through 9/6!! @dunkin HAPPY WEDNESDAY, Y’ALL!!!

By adding the code “JESS” to your Dunkin’ Rewards App you could receive a reward for a free iced coffee, size small, medium, or large. The promo code can be added at the very bottom of the “offers” tab on the app.

However, within hours, the code had made it’s way to deal websites and daily newsletters, and the code was no longer valid, saying it had hit the maximum number of uses.

The offer was available beginning August 30 and up until September 6, 2023, and could be used in-store or via mobile order – but the maximum number of uses was hit well before then.

Jess Sims has been quite busy this year. She is about to begin her second season as an ESPN College GameDay broadcaster, recently participated in a celebrity basketball game for charity, announced a partnership with U.S. Bank, and became a Good Morning America contributor.

As a fitness coach to team up with the sugar mafia is the most greedy move in 2023 so far. I have no respect for people who have no sense of responsibility and just put money over everything – shame shame shame

A different point of view… One of the many appealing qualities of the P instructors is they are not solely for the fitness elite. Many fit people stop at Dunkin in the morning to pick up their coffee and a donut every so often. Delicious! And, no, it’s not endorsing obesity or abusing food. Just recognizing people living their life while integrating fitness into it. Nothing ever wrong with a sugary treat sometimes! And no need to cancel the baker for the food abuse of the few. The illusion that you have to live a singlularly pure diet is a sure way to not reach the most people. Meet us where we are and encourage us to think about our fitness goals so we don’t over indulge. Go Jess! Thanks for the free iced coffee!
