New 3 Week “Intro to Meditation” Program from Aditi Shah launching on Peloton soon

Update – The new program was released November 28th and is now available

Peloton is set to launch another new program in the near future – a 3 week “Intro to Meditation” program led by Aditi Shah.

Earlier this week Aditi wrapped up the latest installment of her “Flow & Let Go” series – which is a yoga class followed immediately by a meditation class. She closed the series with an announcement – she has a new program launching soon.

As her 10 minute meditation class ended, Aditi shared that a brand new 3 week long “Intro to Meditation” program that will be available on the Peloton platform soon. She said:

I have a really special surprise for everyone. So if any of these classes in this entire series resonated with you, especially the meditations, I have a full length 3 week meditation program coming your way very soon. I’m so so excited to continue practicing with you. I will see you there for our “Intro To Meditation” program.

Aditi also shared the announcement through a brief video in her Instagram stories, saying she looked forward to sharing more information with everyone soon.

It’s not clear if this will be part of Peloton’s “Approach” series of programs – which so far has seen a “Flow to the Finish” with Mariana, a “Path to Inversions” with Kirra, and a “Power Restorative Yoga” program with Ross.
