Intro to Meditation with Aditi Shah Peloton Program available

Peloton has released a brand new training program this morning – called “Intro to Meditation”. The Peloton program is led by Aditi Shah and is a 3-week program intended to teach you the basics of meditation, the concepts of mindfulness, and more.

This program was first teased at the end of last week.

Here is the official description for “Intro to Meditation” from Peloton: “Start a consistent meditation practice in this 3-week program by learning about and practicing the concepts of mindfulness and more.”

Peloton’s “Intro to Meditation” Program Badges

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 13 classes, Silver badge for completing 20 classes, Gold badge for completing 23 classes out of the total 26 classes.

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Intro to Meditation program, and join the program. You can join the Peloton Intro to Meditation program here via the website.
