The next installment of Peloton’s “The Approach” Yoga series is here – and features Mariana Fernandez leading members through a yoga for runners program in a new 1 week program called “Flow to the Finish.” The program is available to join on any Peloton hardware, the Peloton apps, or here on the Peloton website.
Mariana gave an intro to the program on Instagram, saying:

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 4 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 8 classes.
