Music publishing company Soul Assassins has filed a lawsuit against Peloton for copyright infringement and they are seeking damages of $150,000 per song used.

According to a now-deleted social media comment the official product name for the Peloton Rower will be “Peloton Row.” Peloton has also reportedly begun beta testing the Peloton rower with members.
