The post includes a video in which Robin shares how she reestablishes a routine after some time away from fitness. Her tips include an accountability partner; being sure to schedule workouts; workout clothes that make you feel good; and finding your favorite “pump up” song.

The first Your Day One Ride will take place on Saturday, February 17 at 10:00am ET. The Your Day One class will take place live and will have members in-studio at Peloton Studios New York (PSNY).

The class description reads:

Every day is Your Day One no matter who you are or where you are, from beginners to professional athletes celebrating 10 years at Peloton, we all have reason to reclaim our starting line. Join Robin for this 45 minute ride to reactivate your day one.”

Robin also hinted at this new content in her recent Live DJ Ride on January 26. We initially thought the tease was related to her new postnatal core strength series; however, it is more likely she was referring to this new ride series.
