Robin Arzón has a new postnatal core strength series, with the first class hitting the on-demand library on January 31, 2024.
The next three classes will be released weekly on Wednesday for the next three weeks. Peloton shared the news via Instagram:

The post includes a video in which Robin shares four key postnatal core moves: heel taps, dead bugs, bird dogs, and modified side planks.
The first class in Robin’s new postnatal core strength series – “Phase 1” – is now available in the on-demand library. We will add links to future classes in the series as they become available.
List of Robin Arzon Postnatal Core Strength Classes
The class description of the first core workout in the series reads:
In Phase 1, Robin leads you in moderate core movements for early postpartum strength and stability work. Repeat Phase 1 as needed. Note: If you have recently given birth, consult your doctor before participating in this class or any exercise program.
Members can expect the next three classes to be released on February 7, February 14, and February 21, 2024.
This is Robin’s second set of postnatal core classes & series. She curated a first set of postnatal classes in 2021, following the birth of her first child.
We first shared this new content was on the way earlier this week, after Peloton teased the new classes in the weekly “This Week at Peloton” social media post. At the time it was unclear whether these new classes will be a new training program or dedicated collection, or simply fresh content dropping each week over the next month. It turns out to be the latter.
Robin also hinted at this new content in her recent Live DJ Ride on January 26.
Each of these classes will be added to Peloton’s Strong as a Mother Collection, which contains pre and postnatal content across multiple modalities, such as strength and yoga. You can always find an exhaustive list of Peloton prenatal classes and postnatal classes via our site as well.
You can read the full post announcing this new content from Robin via the Peloton Instagram post.
