Peloton Launches Spanish Language Classes on the Tread (Running, Walking, Hike)

After months of anticipation, Peloton has launched Spanish language classes on the Tread! Seven new classes dropped straight to the on-demand library this morning with instructor Camila Ramón.

Classes include runs, walks, and hikes – all taught in Spanish. You can view the complete list of currently available Tread Spanish language classes below:

Currently all classes are with Camila – but remember that Mariana Fernández recently made her Tread debut just last month in May 2023. Mariana teaches Spanish language yoga classes, so it is reasonable to expect she will soon teach Spanish language Tread classes as well.

The June 7th classes mark the first time Peloton has offered Spanish language running and walking classes. Peloton’s Spanish language content has been growing consistently over the past couple of years; Mariana was the first instructor to teach classes in Spanish (yoga) and joined the Peloton roster in April 2021. Camila launched later that year and brought Spanish to cycling classes. Around the same time, Rad Lopez began teaching strength classes in Spanish. Over the summer of 2022, Peloton updated their app to have a Spanish-language display option. There is speculation that Peloton could expand into Spain over the next year as well, as Peloton has teased looking into “Western Europe” to expand.

Live Spanish language classes are regularly on the live schedule for both yoga and strength – meaning we can likely expect live Spanish language Tread classes as well. In addition, there may be new outdoor (audio only) Spanish language classes in the near future now that Tread Spanish language classes have launched.
