The book is called Turning Inward: The Practice of Introversion for a Calm, Joyful, Authentic Life. It is 288 pages in length and will be released on January 9, 2024 – but it is already available for pre-order via Amazon (affiliate link). The publisher is Hachette Go, and the official description reads in part:

Lead Instructor of Yoga and Meditation for Peloton Ross Rayburn offers a new and accessible take on mindfulness and the art of meditation through the practice of introversion, which is a method of self-exploration for finding authenticity, joy, and calm in our hectic, extroverted world.
Building off his popular Peloton meditation and yoga classes and his years of yoga teaching and spiritual study, Ross Rayburn offers a new way to look at meditation. Rather than an inaccessible, purely esoteric practice, meditation is, Ross argues, simply “turning in,” which anyone can learn how to do through the practice of introversion. Because we spend most of our time “turned outward” in order to function in society, introversion offers both a respite and a source of insight.

Contrary to other Peloton instructor book releases this year, Ross’ book appears more of a guide rather than a memoir.

It has been a tremendously busy year for Peloton authors. Robin Arzón, Emma Lovewell, Cody Rigsby, and Ben Alldis have all released books already in 2023; Alex Toussaint has a book coming out on October 12; and both Matty Maggiacomo and Christine D’Ercole have shared that they are currently writing books.

You can preorder Ross’ book Turning Inward via Amazon.
