Peloton Studios London will have no live classes from Monday, August 24 through Monday, August 31, with Peloton Studios New York also being closed on that final Monday.
We first shared PSL’s closure back in July, when Peloton listed the reason as “maintenance week.” At that point it was not confirmed whether the studio would also stay closed for the United Kingdom’s late-summer bank holiday on Monday, August 31. It will, and Peloton Studios New York is closed that day as well.
That means members will be without live classes from either studio on Monday, August 31.
There is one other day that week with nothing live from either location. PSL already has no live classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and PSNY has no live Wednesday classes either, so Wednesday, August 26 will also have no live classes from either studio.
Outside of those two days, PSNY will be running its normal schedule from August 24 through August 30, including in-person member classes Thursday through Sunday.

The London closure comes immediately after a busy weekend at the studio. Denis Morton will lead a foyer yoga class on Saturday, August 22, while Sunday, August 23 includes his Two For One Classic Rock Ride with Sam Yo as well as Sam Yo’s book celebration for The Monk’s Mindset.
PSNY just came off its own short break from August 17 through August 19. Peloton did not officially give a reason for the New York gap, though it may have been a compressed version of the seasonal maintenance periods PSNY has used in previous years. Since regular in-person member classes now run Thursday through Sunday, the Monday through Wednesday window allowed Peloton to do maintenance without cancelling any of the member classes.
Late-summer maintenance closures are not unusual for Peloton. PSL had a summer closure on nearly identical dates in 2024, while both studios have also used other breaks throughout the year for maintenance and upgrades.
Members will still have the full on-demand library available while PSL is closed, and Peloton will also release classes directly to the library during the break.
Both PSL and PSNY will be back to regular schedules starting September 1.
We will continue to monitor and share updates as they become available.
