A new collection has just been released called the “Ride to Gold”. UK instructors Ben Alldis & Leanne Hainsby teamed up with World and Olympic cycling champions Jason & Laura Kenny to bring this special collaboration together.
Laura Kenny has won 4 olympic gold medals in track cycling, taking the win in both the team pursuit and the omnium during both the 2012 and 2016 Olympics, making her the the most successful female track cyclist in Olympic history, as well as Great Britain’s most successful Olympic female competitor in any sport. She has also won seven World Championship, a record twelve European Championship and one Commonwealth Games titles, as part of a total of 29 medals. Jason Kenny has won 6 olympic gold medals in track cycling, during the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Olympics, making him the joint holder of the highest number of Olympic Golds for a British athlete.

We’ve been working closely alongside Laura and Jason and learned so much about their training and motivation (it is SO inspiring.) Wondering what to expect? The collection is comprised of 10 different cycling classes, ranging in length from 20 to 45 minutes. It is a mix of tabata, climbs, HIITs, and intervals. In addition, the collection includes 2 different 5 minute post-ride stretches. Peloton is describing the collection as follows:
All classes are taught by Ben Alldis and Leanne Hainsby who have worked closely with Laura and Jason to learn more about their training and motivation. These elements have been incorporated into a very special class collection giving you a special look into what it’s like to Ride To Gold
