This Week at Peloton (Featured Peloton Classes) for March 4-10, 2024

Peloton has shared information about the fresh classes members can expect this week via the weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post covering March 4-10, 2024.

First, Peloton will celebrate Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom, which falls on Sunday, March 10. There will be three new classes available with instructors Ben Alldis, Susie Chan, and Jermaine Johnson. Two classes are already listed on the live upcoming schedule:

  • 30 min. UK Mother’s Day Walk + Run – Jermaine Johnson – 3/10/24 @ 5:30am ET
  • 30 min. UK Mother’s Day Ride – Ben Alldis – 3/10/24 @ 10:00am ET

This suggests that the class with Susie may be a pre-recorded on-demand drop. All new classes will be placed in the Mother’s Day Collection, which contains content dating back to 2021.

Next, Peloton has released new Lanebreak levels for the Bike and Tread featuring the music of Green Day. Peloton recently held a Green Day artist series just last month, and at the time we shared that three new Lanebreak classes were on the way, scheduled to be released on February 26:

  • 15 min. Lanebreak Green Day Run – 2/26/24 @ 10:00am ET
  • 15 min. Lanebreak Green Day Walk – 2/26/24 @ 10:00am ET

There will also be a new installment of Peloton’s popular yoga focus flow classes, this time for rowers. Kirra Michel will release a new class on March 6 at 10:00am ET that will feature a special guest: fellow instructor Ash Pryor.

Peloton first expanded their Yoga for Cross-Training Collection to rowing in June of 2023, and there has been one additional installment since then. The class format is designed to utilize movements that will be helpful to those who spend time on a rowing device. There have been other yoga for cross-training classes that have featured a special guest in the past: a flow for runners with Matt Wilpers, and a flow for riders with Tunde Oyeneyin.

Finally, Peloton has released new Extra 10 strength content with instructors Matty Maggiacomo and Rad Lopez. Two new classes appeared in the on-demand library on March 4 at 10:00am ET:

  • Extra 10: Glutes – Matty Maggiacomo – 3/4/24 @ 10:00am ET
  • Extra 10: Chest – Rad Lopez – 3/4/24 @ 10:00am ET

“Extra” classes do not contain a warm up and are designed to be stacked after another workout. The “Extra” class format first launched in November of 2022, with classes added nearly every week since then – typically on Mondays. You can find all available Extra Series classes in Peloton’s dedicated collection.
