Fans of Peloton’s cycling-focused yoga flows will be pleased to see that there is a new class available that features a special guest! Cycling, Bike Bootcamp, and Strength instructor Tunde Oyeneyin joined Ross Rayburn for a 15 minute Focus Flow: For Riders class that dropped straight to the on-demand library on Friday, July 7.
The class was teased earlier this week in the @PelotonStudios “This Week at Peloton” post.
Ross instructs the class while Tunde moves through the postures alongside him. The class is accessible to beginners, and focuses on hip & quad openers. And unlike a traditional two for one class, Tunde is not leading the class – she is following along to Ross’ instructions.
Tunde and Ross also recently appeared together at a joint meet & greet event at the grand opening of two Dick’s Sporting Goods locations in Houston, Texas.
This is the second special guest edition of a cross-training yoga class – last month Matt Wilpers appeared alongside Denis Morton in a focus flow for runners.
If you’re looking for additional yoga cross-training classes – whether for riding, or for running and rowing – be sure to check out the dedicated Peloton collection.

I loved this class! Tunde was a total Ross fan girl and it was adorable. She’s got great yoga form and I hope she will jump into future classes.
