Peloton already has focus flows for riders and runners, and they are now adding a rowing focus to the mix. The class format is designed to utilize movements that will be helpful to those who spend time on a rowing device. The class description reads:

This yoga class focuses on poses that complement your hard work on the Row so you can be fresh and ready for your next workout.

Two new classes are available at time of publishing:

Both of the classes appear in the standard on demand library as well as the Yoga for Cross Training Collection, which contains all yoga focus flows designed for runners, riders, and rowers.

Similar to focus flows for runners and riders, we anticipate additional focus flows for rowers classes to become available moving forward.

In case you missed it, Peloton recently released a special focus flow for runners class with Denis Morton and Matt Wilpers in celebration of Global Running Day on June 7.
