Strong Core Strong Body 2 Program with Irene Kaymer (Scholz) in German on Peloton

Peloton has released a brand new training program this week. Taught by Irene Kaymer (formerly Irene Scholz), the “Strong Core Strong Body 2” program on Peloton is 2 weeks long, consisting of 11 core workouts, ranging between 5 and 15 minutes long.

This program is taught in German.

In a post announcing the program, Irene said:

Train, learn, challenge – your CORE, and by core I mean your body too! 🥰🙌🏽

2 weeks, 11 workouts and for sure no boredom 🥰😋 I’m really happy to go into round 2, who wants to really give it the gas starts with 1.0 and continues with 2.0. Love and greetings to your Core ❤️

This is a follow-up to the first Strong Core, Strong Body program with Irene (also in German) that was released in 2021.

The program is also described as one where “you will find more stability, endurance, flexibility and of course your strength. ”

Here is the official description for “Strong Core Strong Body 2” from Peloton: “Welcome to Strong Core Strong Body 2! Irène has designed this 2-week program to build your core muscles and make your entire body stronger. The motto is Learn, Train, Challenge.”

It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 5 classes, Silver badge for completing 8 classes, Gold badge for completing 10 classes out of the total 11 classes.

How to join the Peloton Strong Core Strong Body 2 with Irene Kaymer German program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strong Core Strong Body 2 program, and join the program. You can find the program on Peloton’s website here.
