This morning, Peloton officially released the new “A Self Care Retreat” with Anna Greenberg. It is a one week program that contains a mix of yoga & meditation classes.
Peloton first teased this program at the beginning of the month as coming on May 22nd. It’s not clear why the program was released a few days later than originally planned.
Anna’s new program is part of the “Approach” series of yoga programs. So far, there are also other “Approach” programs with Mariana Fernandez (Flow to the Finish), Kirra Michel (Path to Inversions), and Ross Rayburn (Power Restorative Yoga).

Peloton’s “A Self-Care Retreat” Program with Anna Greenberg Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 4 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 8 classes out of the total 8 classes.
How to join the Peloton A Self-Care Retreat program with Anna Greenberg
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the A Self-Care Retreat program, and join the program. You can find the program on the Peloton website here.
