Peloton has introduced a new interactive quiz designed to help members discover their next fitness goal.

Available on Peloton’s website, the Fitness Goal Quiz takes users through five pages of questions to assess their current fitness level, preferences, and aspirations. Based on their responses, participants receive one of five personalized training recommendations, each accompanied by trending classes to help them achieve their new goal.
The questions assess the user’s current fitness habits, including which types of modalities they gravitate towards; which instructor quotes they most identify with; an area of struggle in their workout routine (such as lack of time or space); and motivators for staying active.

At this time, there only appear to be 5 quotes you can choose from.

There are five possible results that quiz-takers can receive upon completion of the questions:
- Run a 10K: for those looking to take their running to the next level, this goal provides structured workouts to build endurance and speed.
- Go Low Impact: ideal for members who want to stay active while being mindful of joint health, featuring cycling, strength, and yoga sessions with reduced impact.
- Push Your PR: for those who love a challenge, this goal is all about breaking personal records, whether on the bike, tread, or strength workouts.
- Master a New Move: focused on skill development, this goal helps users refine technique in disciplines like yoga, strength, or dance cardio.
- Set a Stretch Streak: a perfect option for members looking to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery through consistent stretching routines.

Each result page includes a brief description of the goal, a curated selection of trending classes tailored to that specific focus, and a relevant Peloton blog post to offer additional guidance and motivation.

Peloton regularly introduces quizzes intended to help members personalize their fitness experience. This latest quiz joins a lineup of past interactive tools, including:
- Find Your Instructor Match: matches members with a Peloton instructor based on their personality and workout style.
- Find Your Class Match: helps users select classes suited to their preferences and fitness level.
- Instructor Match Quiz with Spotify: connects users with instructors who align with their favorite music genres.
- Beginner’s Guide to Choosing an Instructor: offers recommendations for those new to Peloton.
