Peloton instructor Andy Speer has given those who enjoy Peloton’s strength programs something new to look forward to: a third installment of Total Strength, his signature strength training program.
Earlier this week Andy shared a post to Instagram wearing a Total Strength 2 (#TS2Crew) t-shirt.
A member commented asking about when TS3 (Total Strength 3) might be coming out, and Andy replied: “soon… 🤫”

Andy did not reveal any further details, but this does appear to confirm that a third installment of Total Strength is definitely on the way – and sooner rather than later.
The original Total Strength Program with Andy Speer was one of the first programs launched by Peloton back in 2019. The second iteration – Total Strength 2.0 – was released at the end of 2021. Total Strength 1 was a four week program, while Total Strength 2 was a six week program. It is unclear what length the third iteration will be, but they will likely once again target the full body and include benchmark strength tests.
Because these are technically programs, the classes are not available in the general class list. Members must “start the program” and follow the recommended class schedule in order to access the content. However, we provide lists to allow members to jump around the program as you wish and unlock the classes. You can find details & class lists about all Peloton programs here.
This is unlike Andy Speer’s Total Strength Density training program – which is structured as a program, but released into the collection section of the Peloton app, to give members more flexibility in how & when they take it.

We will share updates and details regarding Total Strength 3 as soon as they become available.
Will you be looking forward to this new Total Strength program from Andy?
