Peloton’s Total Strength 2.0 Training Program with Andy Speer: Class List, Schedule – Overview of Peloton’s 6 Week Strength Training Program

Peloton has released a new 6 week training program called "Total Strength 2.0" with Andy Speer. This is a follow-up to Andy's original strength training program - Total Strength (which you can find full details of here).

Andy shares the difference between the 2 program as follows: "In Total Strength, you built a foundation. You dialed in proper form for the squat, deadlift, press and row. You also felt the benefits of sticking to a structured, progressive approach to strength training. Total Strength 2 follows suit and takes your training to a new level. I am so pumped to be your coach for this six-week program as we continue to build strength and add power and conditioning elements to your training!"

Note that Andy does recommend taking Total Strength 1.0 first if you haven't already before jumping into this program.
