British rapper Tinie Tempah performed three songs live during Jermaine Johnson’s 30 min Dance Music Run at Peloton Studios London. The class is now available on demand.
The October 14 class featured “Pass Out,” along with “To The Floor (Vai Descendo)” and “Energy” from his new album, The Night’s Not Dead, which was released October 16.
In his Instagram post, Jermaine said this was the first time an artist had performed live as part of a Peloton Tread class out of Peloton Studios London.
Tinie first performs after the warm-up, then joins Jermaine for a conversation. He shares that he got his Peloton Bike around four or five years earlier and discusses how training helps him build the endurance for long performances.
He returns for “To The Floor (Vai Descendo)” later in the workout, with “Energy” closing out the class after the running portion. Jermaine tells members to stop their Treads for the final performance and take a separate stretch on demand.
During the run, Jermaine shares that he grew up on a council estate, lost friends to knife crime and nearly lost his own life to it multiple times. He says one of Tinie’s songs kept him going when he doubted himself or wanted to quit.

On Instagram, Jermaine wrote:
“I’ve followed Tinie’s journey and listened to his music for years. Coming from similar backgrounds, growing up in London, seeing someone like him make it and carve out his own lane showed me that there was space for someone like me too.”
Peloton also shared a behind-the-scenes video of Tinie’s visit.
There have been live artist performances in other Peloton classes, including Lil Jon’s March 2025 appearance in Alex Toussaint’s Club Bangers run at Peloton Studios New York. Keith Urban also performed during Hannah Corbin’s ride as part of the 2024 All For One Music Festival.
