Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of June 17-23, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.
First, Peloton hinted earlier this year with the announcement of their collaboration with Defected Records that Live DJ rides would be coming soon to Peloton Studios London (PSL). The first ever Live DJ ride at PSL will be this Friday, June 21 at 1:30pm ET (6:30pm BST). Join Ben Alldis and DJ & Producer Ferreck Dawn from Defected Records for this special 30 minute ride. The official class description is as follows:
“Jump into the party for a ride you won’t forget. Dance it out with Ben and Live DJ Ferreck Dawn as they spin the hottest house tracks, guaranteed to make you sweat.”

This will be the first of three live DJ rides in Peloton’s Defected Records partnership. As a reminder, you can find the Defected Records cycling classes that have already taken place in the Peloton X Defected class collection.

Also this week, celebrate the Northern Hemisphere’s summer solstice with Denis Morton in his new Reset ride and yoga flow. On Thursday, June 20, a 30 minute Reset Ride will premiere at 6:30pm ET. This will be followed immediately by a live 30 minute Reset Yoga Flow at 7:05pm ET.

If you aren’t familiar with Denis’s Reset series, there is a class collection where you can check out past Reset rides and flows. The collection description is:
“Count yourself in for Peloton’s first ever cycling-to-yoga series! Denis will take you on a journey to get out of your head and into your body on the Bike. Extend the experience with the companion yoga flow on the Mat!”

Next, Rebecca Kennedy will teach Peloton’s first live Low Impact Cardio class on Friday, June 21 at 1pm ET (6pm BST). Low Impact Cardio classes were debuted in September 2023, but this is the first class that is being taught live and not releasing as a premiere or straight to the on-demand library. The majority of these classes so far have been taught by Rebecca Kennedy, with Callie Gullickson teaching a few as well.
You can find these classes under Cardio by filtering on the class type “Low Impact.” There is also a Low Impact Cardio class collection. These cardio classes are a great option for people who want to get their heart rate up without doing high impact moves like jumping and with no equipment needed.

Lastly, Peloton shared that new Metrics classes were released straight to the on-demand library. These classes were actually released last week on June 10. We highlighted these new Metrics classes here. Make sure to check our post for the full list of the latest batch of Metrics classes.
