During the Peloton Homecoming Keynote today, Matt Wilpers introduced a brand new Power Zone Training program, called “Peak Your Power Zones”.
This brand new power zone training program is the third official power zone program Peloton has on the platform. If you’re new to power zone training, you can see the 1st program Discover Your Power Zones here, or the follow-up program “Build Your Power Zones” here. This new Peak Your Power Zones program is designed to be a follow up to the previous two.
There are 3 active days each week in this 8 week program, and all 5 current power zone instructors have classes in the program.
And also be sure to check out the free Home Fitness Buddy Power Zone library & timer tool to see a preview of each ride (coming in the next few days), and a timer to know when to change zones!
Below, you can find the full details of the new Peak Your Power Zones program, as well as the classes in each week. You should be able to add the to your stack if you wish to take them, you just won’t get credit towards officially completing the program.
