Peloton's "Build Your Power Zone" program is a 5 week program designed to help your get stronger, and improve your FTP score. If you're not familiar with power zones & FTP, be sure to check out our FTP Friday Series. This is an intermediate level power zone program - if you are just starting out, be sure to check out the "Discover Your Power Zones" program first. Peloton's "Build Your Power Zones" Program Description

Here is the official description for "Build Your Power Zones" from Peloton: "Welcome to Build Your Power Zones, a 5-week program designed to improve your FTP. Before starting, please retake the FTP test and ensure you know your zones and have the Power Bar on your touchscreen."

Peloton's "Build Your Power Zones" Program Badges

It wouldn't be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 8 classes, Silver badge for completing 11 classes, Gold badge for completing 14 classes out of the total 16 classes.

There are 5 different coaches for the Build Your Power Zones program. They are:

How to join the Peloton Build Your Power Zones program

At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, or Peloton Digital app. They are not available through Peloton's website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Build Your Power Zones program, and join the program.

The following is a list of the classes for each week which are part of the program. Note that as part of Peloton's relaunch of programs, these classes are "locked" and only available as you progress through the program. However, you can click any class name in the list below to find it, where you can then bookmark or add it to your stack and take it now if you want.

Welcome to Week 1! This week we lay the groundwork. From here, each week will get progressively more challenging until Week 5, when we taper to prepare for our final FTP test.
