Jess Sims Teases a New Peloton Program (Again)

Instructor Jess Sims has once again teased she has a new Peloton program on the way.

Update – This was revealed to be the “Road to Recovery: ACL” program and is now available.

In case you missed it, last November Jess dropped a hint on social media that she was working on a new Peloton program. There has been no news in nearly three months, but this week Jess once again teased that a new program is on the way.

In a photo posted to her Instagram Stories, Jess posted a photo of herself in the Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) green room, with the caption:

Came in to film the last class of a program I’ve been working on for a min…it’s much (k)needed 😉

Adding a “k” to “needed” appears to be some kind of additional hint about what the program entails. Though not confirmed, this is potentially the same program Jess teased back in November.

This could be a “Road To Recovery: Knee” program. Peloton launched a partnership with the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) last fall, and has been creating specialized programs, such as Adrian Williams’ Road To Recovery: Shoulder program.

This would be an area of recovery Jess is familiar with, as she had surgery on her knee to end 2024.

Alternatively, it could be a hint for Kettlebell program – or something else altogether.

As a reminder, Jess already has numerous official Peloton strength programs available including: Split+ Run, 3 Day Split Strength, and Strength for Basketball.

It remains to be seen whether this latest program will be an official Peloton training program, or if it will be placed into a dedicated collection, which is the approach taken with Rebecca Kennedy’s new HiLit Program.

This Friday, another new Peloton program will be launched. Ally Love has a new 7-day (Re)Build program launching on February 13th.

Peloton revamped their Program offerings in 2025 and you can find all the details via our overview article. If you are interested in learning about the wide variety of Peloton programs available, check out our site for a complete guide.

We will continue to share any updates regarding a new program from Jess Sims as new information becomes available.
