Peloton “Strength for Basketball” Program With Jess Sims

Peloton’s newest program is here – “Strength for Basketball”, taught by Jess Sims.

In a post about the Strength for Basketball program, Jess explained: “As a former college basketball player, I know how important it is to strength train in order to stay injury free and take your game to the next level to keep up with the physicality of it all!”

There are four classes in total: a warmup, a bodyweight mobility class, a 20 min strength class light enough to do on gameday still, and a 30 minute tougher strength class.

Jess said to try each of the classes in the off-season to see how your body responds first, but once you’ve tried them, incorporate them into your regular routine as you see fit.

This program launches as Peloton prepares to make changes to programs next week.
