Jermaine Johnson’s 4-Day Split Strength Program Coming to Peloton on March 27th

A new split strength training program from Jermaine Johnson is coming to Peloton on March 27th.

Peloton teased the program in their “March Workouts to Watch” email, describing it as:

“Unlock your strongest self with Jermaine’s 4-day program of targeted muscle work that is sequenced to maximize your results. Repeat to track your progress.”

Like Peloton’s other split strength training programs, this is designed as a repeatable weekly program where you target specific muscle groups each day, with the schedule sequenced to maximize recovery between sessions. Members can repeat the program in future weeks to track their progress over time.

Jermaine Johnson has a 4 day split strength program coming soon.

This will be Jermaine’s third split program on the platform. He previously released a 3-day intermediate split and a 5-day intermediate split. The new 4-day version slots right in between, giving members a middle-ground option depending on how many days per week they want to dedicate to strength training.

Beyond the name and start date, Peloton hasn’t shared specific details yet – such as the daily muscle group breakdown, class lengths, or difficulty level. We’ll update this post with more details once the program launches on March 27th.

The new program continues a busy stretch for Peloton’s programming team. Recent program launches have included the 12-week HYROX Training Program, the Road to Recovery: ACL program, and the Rebuild Your Foundation program with Ally Love.

Once the program officially launches, we’ll share the full class list & details.
