Ally Love has a new (Re)Build program available now on Peloton.
This is a one week long program, designed to be repeated as needed to track progress over time.
Ally shared that this program is for anyone coming back from a hiatus from working out, whether it’s returning after a pregnancy, injury, or any other reason.

The program consists of 9 classes of a variety of modalities, including cycling, pilates, strength, and more. The main classes are all 20 minutes long.

How to join the Ally Love’s The (Re)Build program on Pelootn
At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the The (Re)Build program, and join the program.

With the launch of Peloton programs v3.0, these are no longer locked – in other words, you can browse the programs on Peloton hardware or app and take whichever classes you want, on your own schedule.
