Jermaine Johnson’s Intermediate 5 Day Split Strength Program on Peloton

This morning, Peloton released two different split strength training programs. The first of these is a new 5 day intermediate split strength training program by Jermaine Johnson.

Like the other split strength training programs, this is a one week training program to target specific areas of your body each day. They are designed so that you can repeat them in future weeks to see and track your progress over time. For those with less time during the week, Jermaine also has a 3 day intermediate split strength training program available you can take that was released last year.

This program is available immediately to all Peloton members. Unlike some other previous programs, it is not exclusive to the Guide for any amount of time.

Peloton first teased these programs were coming earlier this month. A new 3 day intermediate split strength training program from Ben Alldis was also released this morning as well.

Below, we’ll cover the full details of Jermaine’s new split strength training program, as well as the list of classes included in the program.
