Peloton has launched its full HYROX Training Program, which is a 12-week plan designed to prepare members for HYROX races. We first shared this program was on the way after Andy Speer teased it during a live class last month. This article will provide an overview of the program, as well as the full list of classes included in the program.
The program is led by a variety of Peloton instructors. Robin Arzón and Andy Speer, who are both Certified HYROX Performance Coaches, lead the program, with classes also taught by Adrian Williams, Alex Karwoski, Ash Pryor, Becs Gentry, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Joslyn Thompson Rule, Logan Aldridge, Marcel Dinkins, Mariana Fernández, and Matt Wilpers. In total, 12 instructors contribute to the program, including a joint two-for-one class from Andy and Robin.
It’s specifically timed for athletes preparing for the HYROX NYC (May 28–31 and June 4–7) event. However, as the program is now available in the library, it can be taken leading up to any HYROX event – just start it 12 weeks before the event.
The first half of the program focuses on building what Peloton calls the “aerobic engine” and establishing threshold control. By Week 7, athletes undergo a 75-minute simulation to test pacing and transition skills. The final weeks shift toward “real demand” training – simulating things like the carryover of heavy sled pushes and wall balls into running – to ensure members arrive at race day sharp, not tired.
Classes span across Strength, Running, Rowing, Tread Bootcamps, Mobility/Stretching, and Meditation.
Peloton & Hyrox say the program is built to meet athletes where they are. Beginners will focus on mechanics and technical proficiency with sled and wall-ball work before transitioning to race weights in the latter half of the program. More advanced athletes are encouraged to use HYROX race weights from Week 1, dialing in efficiency, cycle times, and fatigue management.

Robin Arzón shared:

This launch is the latest expansion of the Peloton x HYROX partnership, which was first announced last summer. Since then, Peloton has rolled out branded HYROX Training Tread Bootcamp classes, Logan Aldridge’s HYROX Power 60 strength series, and more.

At time of publishing, programs can only be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Row, Guide, the Peloton iOS app, or the Peloton Android app. They are no longer accessible from the Peloton website or TV apps. You can browse to the programs area, find the HYROX Training program, and join the program.
