Peloton shared which featured classes you can look forward to during the week of July 1-7, 2024, via their weekly “This Week at Peloton” Instagram post.
As a reminder, Peloton Studios will be closed from July 3-7 for the Fourth of July/“Pause and Reflect” holiday, so look for more content to premiere and drop on demand this week.
First up, Hannah Corbin’s final installment of this season of Country Happy Hour cycling classes is now available on demand. This was a 30 minute ride that Hannah taught on Friday, June 28 at 3:30pm and featured country music artist Mickey Guyton in the studio taking the class. Fellow Peloton instructor Kirsten Ferguson was also in attendance.

Hannah posted about the final Country Happy Hour on Instagram. As a reminder, you can find all of Hannah’s Country Happy Hour signature series classes in its own collection.

Next for the week of July 1-7, do you wish there were more options for longer stretches? Now you can catch a new 30 minute Full Body Stretch with Adrian Williams in the on demand library. This class is dated from Monday, July 1 at 10:00am. This is only the third 30 minute stretch in Peloton’s current content library, joining Rebecca Kennedy’s 30 minute Full Body Stretch from July 2022 and Andy Speer’s 30 minute Full Body Mobility (part of the Mobility collection) from November 2022.

This week, you can expect to see new walking meditations drop on demand! Peloton’s Instagram post did not specify how many classes, but they will be available on Wednesday, July 3 at 11am ET (4pm BST). Walking meditations are audio-only instructor-narrated classes, similar to the content in the Outdoor category. There is also a collection of Walking Meditations, and you can find them under all classes by going to Meditation and filtering on class type “Walking Meditation.”

Lastly this week, a new Lanebreak ride in the Peloton x Defected Records collection will drop on demand on Wednesday, July 3 at 11am ET (4pm BST). This ride will be a 20 minute House ride. Find the other Peloton x Defected Records classes in their collection, including London’s first live DJ ride that Ben Alldis recently taught.

Why would they provide walking meditations that don’t measure distance metrics?
