This year, Peloton will have four classes in celebration of the Fourth of July, or Independence Day, in the U.S.
Peloton shared the news via the @PelotonStudios Instagram stories earlier in the day.

This year’s fourth of July classes will span across workout modalities, including strength, row, ride, and run. Unlike last year when the classes were published straight to the on-demand library ahead of the holiday, this year the classes will all premiere on Thursday, July 4 between 7:30 and 8:00am ET.
The full list of Peloton’s 4th of July classes for 2024 is as follows:
- 20 min. Fourth of July Arms & Shoulders Strength – Rebecca Kennedy – 7/4/24 @ 7:30am ET [Premiere]
- 15 min. Fourth of July Row – Adrian Williams – 7/4/24 @ 7:30am ET [Premiere]
- 30 min. Fourth of July Ride – Emma Lovewell – 7/4/24 @ 8:00am ET [Premiere]
- 20 min. Fourth of July Run – Andy Speer – 7/4/24 @ 8:00am ET [Premiere]
In addition, Peloton is running an apparel sale. This will see most items in the apparel store for 50% off. This sale runs through July 8th. You can find the apparel sale here (affiliate link).
According to the live class schedule, all of the 2024 4th of July classes will also encore later in the day following their premiere.

As we recently shared, both Peloton Studios New York (PSNY) and Peloton Studios London will be closed from July 3 through July 7 with no live classes taking place. However, there is a plethora of premiere and encore classes listed on the schedule.
