Last month Peloton brought on a new Senior Vice President of Apparel and Accessories. Cédric Fletcher began the role with Peloton in September of 2023.
Prior to joining Peloton Fletcher held senior roles at True Classic, Under Armour, Nike, Calvin Klein, and more.
Peloton relaunched their private label apparel line in September of 2021. Peloton Apparel has its own separate Instagram account alongside the central @OnePeloton account and the @PelotonStudios account. In December of 2022 Peloton made workout accessories such as dumbbells, yoga blocks, cycling shoes, and more available via the Peloton Apparel website for the first time.
This news was first first reported by Retail Dive – before the news broke last week about Peloton’s new 5 year partnership with lululemon – where lululemon will be the “primary” apparel partner for Peloton.
This is the second high level hire at Peloton in as many weeks. Earlier last week we also shared that Peloton hired a new Chief Product Officer (CPO). Nick Caldwell will replace Peloton co-founder Tom Cortese effective November 1, 2023.
