Peloton is back with another new strength training program – this time featuring German instructor Erik Jager. This appears to be a German Language version of the very popular “Total Strength with Andy Speer” program (as well as his follow-up, “Total Strength 2 with Andy”). The program is 4 weeks long. There do not appear to be English subtitles at time of publishing.
Unlike the recent split strength training programs, or the floor bootcamp with Jess Sims & Selena Samuela, this program is not being marketed as temporarily exclusive for the Peloton Guide – anyone can take it starting today.
The new program was announced in a blog post this morning. They said this about the program:
With Erik’s new 4 week Total Strength Program. In altogether 16 classes you’ll build up your physical and mental strength and work on your movements and form.
Each week you’ll complete 3 to 4 Workout Sessions that build up and make you stronger from head to toe with dedicated Warm Ups, Strength Workouts with dumbbells or your own body weight followed by Stretching. The Trainings are challenging but at the same time suitable for any fitness level.
Below, you can find more details about the Total Strength with Erik Jager in German program, as well as direct links to each class. Note that if you use the direct links, you will not earn credit towards a completion badge in the program (though it will count towards your streak and show up in your workout history).
