Like the first density training program by Andy – it will live in the collections area of the Peloton app. This means that you will be able to pick and choose the classes and take them on your own schedule, without being locked into the rigid structure of Peloton’s programs.

However, even though it is in the collections, it is still laid out like a program and designed with a specific structure in mind.

The first Density Training program was released on May 15th, 2023 – just over a year ago. That first program was officially titled “Total Strength: Density Training” so it is very likely this second edition will be titled “Total Strength: Density Training 2”.

Andy Speer did tease another edition of Total Strength could be the way recently. At this time it’s not clear if he was teasing the new Total Strength Density training 2 program, or rather an official “Total Strength 3” program. There is currently a Total Strength 1 and Total Strength 2 programs (which are separate from these Density Training collections & programs).

This will be the third program Peloton releases in June. Last week, Peloton released a English language strength for golfers program with Selena Samuela, and a German language program with Irene Kaymer.

Will you be taking the new Density Training 2 program by Andy Speer once it is available?
