Peloton has launched not one, but two new strength for golfer programs this week.
The first program is the brand new Strength for Golfers with Selena Samuela, which is in English.
However, Irene Kaymer (formerly known as Irene Scholz) is also teaching a week-long strength for golfers program – taught in German.
The German strength for golfers program is 8 weeks long, and includes strength, mobility, stretching, and other classes for those focused on their golf game.

Peloton’s “Strength for Golfers (DE)” Program Badges
It wouldn’t be a Peloton program without badges (you can always find a full list here). You can earn a Bronze badge for completing 4 classes, Silver badge for completing 6 classes, Gold badge for completing 7 classes out of the total 8 classes.
How to join the Peloton Strength for Golfers (DE) program
At time of publishing programs can be joined from the Peloton Bikes, Tread, Peloton Digital app, or the Peloton website. Simply browse to the programs area, find the Strength for Golfers (DE) program, and join the program. You can join via the Peloton website here.
